Cancellation Policy and Health Precaution Notice:

Cancellation Fee:

A cancellation fee of $25 will be charged if a scheduled appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain an efficient and reliable service.

 

Health Precaution:

In light of the ongoing health concerns, we kindly request that if anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or the flu, please notify us as soon as possible. We prioritize the safety and well-being of both our team and clients. By rescheduling in such cases, we aim to maintain a healthy environment and prevent any potential spread of illness.

However, we cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses that may occur during or after the cleaning process, including but not limited to breakage, theft, or accidents. Clients are asked and advised to secure valuable items before our team arrives. We are not liable for any adverse reactions or allergies that may arise from the use of cleaning products, although we make efforts to use safe and environmentally friendly cleaning agents. It is the responsibility of the client to notify us in advance of any specific allergies or sensitivities.

 

Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their cleaning needs, including any specific instructions, areas to be cleaned, and potential hazards. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the safety and security of their property during our cleaning services. We recommend keeping pets in their cages and children in a safe area away from the cleaning zone. If there are any concerns or issues on the day of cleaning, and the client is not satisfied, contact must be made within a 24-hour window. Any areas that are cleaned but not within the originally requested cleaning scope will be priced as add-ons.

 

Termination and Changes:

Cleaned by a Touch reserves the right to terminate or refuse service if the client engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards our staff or violates the terms of the agreement. We may update or modify this disclaimer from time to time, and the most up-to-date version will be available on our website.
